Artist Statement

Emily loved the growing research of infusing the arts into community planning, uniting her love of economics, public policy, and the arts. She and her husband moved all over the Midwest for their careers; while living in Ohio, she had 2 art gallery openings during her community's art hop. They returned to Wisconsin to raise their children, Tom and Annika. Emily currently serves as Mayor of Middleton. This will be her 2nd Art Walk and welcomes all the artists & visitors to the Good Neighbor City annual art walk event!
